Submission
Registrants are invited to submit abstracts for consideration of presentation as posters; some will be chosen for oral presentation with priority given to young researchers including PhD students. Abstracts should be submitted as a WORD file via email intitled "Abstract submission ..." to «sandrine.marchand@univ-poitiers.fr» . The closing date for submission of abstracts is 1st March 2013 : extended to 15 March 2013.
Abstracts will be subject to peer review. Authors will be notified via email of acceptance by 1st April 2013.
Abstract requirements
1. Abstracts must be submitted and presented in English.
2. Structure your abstract using the following headings: Objectives, Methods, Results and Conclusion.
3. The abstract text may not be longer than 2,500 characters, including title, authors, affiliations and spaces. Tables, charts and other graphics are permitted. Embedded figures must be of high resolution.
4. Arial size 11 font should be used.
